An indicative price for IT services in a few clicks.

Choose who you are, how you want to work with us and which services you need. The total is indicative and non-binding. We will prepare an exact quote, or a tailored service package, after a short conversation.

We are not VAT registered, so the amounts shown are final.

We use your e-mail and note only to reply to your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them for up to 2 months if we do not end up working together. How the pricing works

      

      

        

          Is the calculated price binding?
          
No. The calculator shows an indicative price based on your selection. We will prepare a binding quote after a short conversation, once we know your environment.

        

        

          What is not included in the price?
          
Hardware, software and third-party licences, for example Microsoft 365 licences, which follow Microsoft's price list. For projects we list them separately.

        

        

          Why are some prices marked “from”?
          
The price of projects such as deploying a network or a server or migrating to Microsoft 365 depends on the scope. We show the minimum price and give you the exact amount in the quote. AI automation and extra work are billed by the hours worked.

        

        

          Do you offer service packages?
          
Yes. We put together service packages on request. Just select in the calculator what you need from us and we will send you a package offer.

        

        

          How much does a site visit cost?
          
On-site work costs the same as remote work. Travel up to 30 km from Detva is a flat €10; for longer distances we charge €0.313 per kilometre for the round trip.

        

        

          What happens after I send the request?
          
Your selection arrives at info@hobbite.sk. We will reply to the e-mail you entered, usually within one working day, and arrange a short call.
